よしながふみによる人気漫画を、西島秀俊・内野聖陽のダブル主演でドラマ化した『きのう何食べた?』がついにファン待望の映画化! 監督・中江和仁と脚本・安達奈緒子のタッグが続投し、チーム何食べが再集結。共演は山本耕史、磯村勇斗、田山涼成、梶芽衣子らレギュラー・キャストに加え、松村北斗(SixTONES)が新たに参加。――街の小さな法律事務所で働く雇われ弁護士・ 筧史朗 【シロさん】 (西島秀俊)とその恋人で美容師・矢吹賢二【ケンジ】(内野聖陽)。同居する二人にとって、食卓を挟みながら取る夕食の時間は、日々の出来事や想いを語り合う大切なひととき。ある日、史朗の提案で、賢二の誕生日プレゼントとして「京都旅行」に行くことになる。しかし、この京都旅行をきっかけに、二人はお互いに心の内を明かすことができなくなってしまう・・・。そんななか、史朗が残業を終え商店街を歩いていると、偶然、賢二を目撃する。その横には見知らぬ若いイケメンの青年(松村北斗)が・・・! さらに小日向大策(山本耕史)から井上航(磯村勇斗)が居なくなったと相談を受け・・・。
