[Machine Translation] The world of the visual poet Albert Lamoris - Magical and miraculous images invite you to a moment of beautiful dreams! The long-awaited DVD release of his first feature-length film. The grand dream of a grandfather and a boy, a journey of flying adventure. The film was shot using "Heli-Vision," a helicopter equipped with an earthquake-proof device. The scenery of Paris and the whole of France can be enjoyed from the viewpoint of a person in a balloon. As in "The Red Balloon," the main character is the son Pascal, and the adventures of the grandfather and the boy are heartwarming. Jacques Demy participated as assistant director. Pascal's grandfather is a scholar who has invented a balloon and plans to travel all over France. Wanting adventure at any cost, Pascal secretly clings to a gondola and boards a balloon. Starting from Bethune in northern France, he passes through Paris, then south from Brittany. Despite a series of mishaps, he crosses the Alps and enjoys a swim in Nimes. However, during a temporary landing at a bullfighting arena, the balloon takes off with only Pascal on board, and everyone is in a panic... The special features include the theatrical trailer for the special screening. Commentary included. Postcard included.
