Royal Human Co. is a staffing company built up in a single generation by Kozo Sanno (Koichi Sato). However, the horse racing business division that Kozo pushes forward continues to run deficits, and Yutaro (Kotaro Koizumi), Kozo's son and general manager of the human resources division who does not think well of it, requests the investigation with the intention of abolishing the horse racing business division.
