殺された少女の家族。殺した17歳――。人はどう赦し、生きなおせるのか。『コントラ』のアンシュル・チョウハン監督が描く、現代の黙示録。――7年前に娘をクラスメートに殺害されて以来、現実逃避を重ねてきた樋口克 (尚玄) のもとに、裁判所からの通知が届く。懲役20年の刑に服している加害者、福田夏奈 (松浦りょう) に再審の機会が与えられたというのだ。ひとり娘の命を奪った夏奈を憎み続けている克は、元妻の澄子 (MEGUMI) とともに法廷に赴く。しかし夏奈の釈放を阻止するために証言台に立つ克と、つらい過去に見切りをつけたい澄子の感情はすれ違っていく。やがて法廷では夏奈の口から彼女が殺人に至った動機が明かされていく・・・。
