東京ドームシティ プリズムホールで開催のウルトラライブショー! イベント「ウルトラヒーローズEXPO2021 ニューイヤーフェスティバル」にて、2021年1月4日に開催されたグランドフィナーレをDVD化。迫力のバトルステージの他、『ウルトラマンZ』のキャスト陣によるアフタートークも再編集して収録した『ウルトラマンZ』ファン必見の内容となっている。オリジナルステッカー封入。――2020年、地球に現れた怪獣の脅威に立ち向かったのは地球防衛組織である対怪獣ロボット部隊ストレイジ、そしてM78星雲から来たウルトラマンゼットだ。ウルトラマンゼットは地球人の青年にしてストレイジのパイロット・ナツカワハルキと一体化しこの星の命を守るために戦った。そして2021年、地球に帰ってきたハルキとゼットの新たな物語が始まる! 会場のみんなと力を合わせて、奇跡を起こせ!!
