歴史ある映画祭が激震! 四人家族とカップルに襲い掛かる恐怖の"人間狩り"! 後味最悪?! 最凶の〈胸糞系〉ヴァイオレンス・スリラー!! ――静かな田舎へキャンプにやってきたサムとイアンのカップル。結婚の約束も交わし順風満帆、幸せな休暇になるはずだった。しかしふと気づくと隣のテントの様子がおかしい。荷物はそのままに人影は見当たらず、夜が明けても誰も戻ってくる気配すらないのだ。不審に思った二人が森を散策すると、信じられないことに赤ん坊が倒れているのを発見する。衰弱しているもののまだ息はある。「助けを呼ばなければ」そう思った二人の前に地元のハンターが現れる。親切にも赤ん坊の家族探しを手伝ってくれるというのだが、ほどなくして二人は想像もしなかった驚愕の事実を知ることになる。それは死ぬよりも辛い、悪夢のような一日の幕開けだった。
