[Machine Translation] Hybrid horror of the super-evolved type! Daniel follows the man to a remote country hospital, where the patients and hospital staff are trying to transform themselves into something "not human". A middle-aged man with a gun and a young man with an axe also enter the hospital, and although they defeat the monster, they take a belligerent attitude toward the humans as well. Furthermore, outside the hospital, a white-decorated cult group with large knives surrounds the hospital. Inside and outside the hospital, the monsters and the cult are swarming, and the humans are in a whirlpool of doubt and anxiety, not knowing who is friend and who is foe. With nowhere to run, Daniel leads the survivors to try to escape from the hospital...

超進化形ハイブリッドホラー! 『トータル・リコール』『パシフィック・リム』VFXスタッフが放つ、観る者の想像を超えた世界! ――深夜のパトロール中、保安官のダニエルは血まみれの姿で閑散とした道路に立っている男を目撃する。ダニエルはその男を追って人里離れた田舎の病院にたどりつくが、そこにいる患者と病院関係者は何か「人間ではないもの」に変身しようとしていた。そんな中、銃を持った中年男と斧を持った若者も病院内に乱入、怪物を倒すも人間たちにも好戦的な態度を取る。さらに病院の外では大型ナイフを持った白装飾のカルト集団に包囲されてしまう。病院の内外では怪物とカルト集団がうごめき、人間たちにも誰が敵か味方か分からない疑心暗鬼が渦巻く。逃げ場なしの絶体絶命の中で、ダニエルは生き残った者達を率いて何とかその病院から脱出しようと試みる・・・。
