大野智主演! 侍VS忍び、逆転劇の幕が開く! 誰も見たことがない戦国エンターテインメント超大作! ――時は戦国。魔王・織田信長は諸国を次々と滅ぼし、勢力を拡大していた。次に狙う伊勢・北畠家には次男の信雄を送り、日置大膳、長野左京亮らの重臣ともども、支配下におくことに成功した。特に日置大膳はその武勇が織田家に轟くほどの猛者で、織田の軍勢はさらに盤石なものとなった。今や織田家の天下統一は目前であった。しかし、その織田信長でさえ攻め入らなかった国がひとつだけあった。それは伊勢の隣国・伊賀。伊賀に棲むのは人を人とも思わぬ人でなしの忍者衆で、"虎狼の族"と呼ばれて恐れられていた。そんな忍者のひとり、無門は、"どんな堅牢な門でも彼の前では意味をなさない"と形容されるほどの凄腕の持ち主だが、普段は無類の怠け者で、女房のお国の尻に敷かれる毎日を送っていた。一方、腕は無門に匹敵する伊賀忍者の下山平兵衛は、家族の命でさえも粗末に扱う伊賀の考えに疑念が生じ、故郷の伊賀こそ滅亡すべきと考えるようになっていた。そしてある日、ついに織田軍が伊賀討伐の兵を挙げる。下山平兵衛が祖国を裏切り、伊賀への手引きを行ったのだった。最強織田軍 対 伊賀忍び軍―。圧倒的な戦力で伊賀に攻め込む織田の軍勢。伊賀は武力・兵力では到底かなうはずもない。しかし、無門率いる忍びの軍団は誰も想像できない秘策を用意して織田軍に対抗するのだった!
