Description

A lawless zone of ambition (SLUM-POLIS), where intense violence and youth run through! --The year is 2041, in western Japan after the Nankai Trough Earthquake. The areas that have not yet been restored are designated as commune districts (commonly known as "slum-polis"), where slums are spreading rapidly, and have become a de facto lawless zone. One day, Joe and Asu, who live in the third commune, meet a prostitute named Ano, who is a painter. The three become bound by a strange friendship and plan to raid a huge gang's drug truck to achieve their respective dreams, but this leads them to become entangled in a dark war that swirls around the slum police. What kind of future awaits them?
