[Machine Translation] Seo-won, an 8-year-old girl, was attacked on her way to school and suffered physical and mental trauma. Based on a real-life case of assault on a young girl that took place in Korea in 2008 and the outcome of the trial, this shocking film depicts the suffering and rebirth of the victim's family. --One rainy morning on her way to school, an eight-year-old girl named Seo-won (Lee Rae) is taken by a drunken man and subjected to a horrific assault. Seo-won's body and mind are scarred for life. Her father Dong-hoon ( Sol Kyung-gu ) and mother Mi-hee ( Ohm Ji-won ) break down in tears at the unbelievable situation. The media, who have learned of the incident, rush to the hospital, and Seo-won's parents try their best to protect her from the curious eyes of the public. In the meantime, every time Seo-won sees Dong-hoon, the memory of the man who committed the crime comes back to her and she becomes frightened, and Dong-hoon is unable to even approach his daughter...

登校中に襲われ、心身に傷を負った、8歳の少女ソウォン。残酷な絶望の底に落とされた家族が、再び立ち上がる奇跡の感動作。2008年に韓国で実際に起きた幼女暴行事件とその裁判結果を基に、被害者家族の苦しみと再生を描いた衝撃作。――ある雨の朝、学校に行く途中で8歳の少女ソウォン(イ・レ)は酒に酔った男に連れて行かれ、恐ろしい暴行事件に遭う。身体と心に生涯消すことができない傷を受けたソウォン。信じがたい状況に泣き崩れる父親のドンフン(ソル・ギョング)と母親ミヒ(オム・ジウォン)。しかも、事件を知ったマスコミが病院に殺到し、両親はソウォンを社会の好奇の目から懸命に守ろうと必死な中、犯人の有罪を立証するために、裁判で傷ついたソウォン自身の証言が必要となり、家族はさらに追い詰められることに。そんな中、ソウォンがドンフンを見る度に、事件の際の犯人の男の記憶が蘇って怯えるようになり、ドンフンは娘に近寄ることさえ出来なくなってしまう・・・。
