大ヒット「MOZU」シリーズのスピンオフドラマ! 「美しき標的編」「砕かれた過去編」2作を完全収録! 2014年にTBS&WOWOW共同制作の連続テレビドラマとしてスタート、2015年に映画化と、日本のエンターテインメント界に大反響を巻き起こしている『MOZU』。新たなムーブメントを展開するべく、TBS&WOWOW共同制作で『MOZU』スピンオフドラマを制作。タイトルは『MOZUスピンオフ 大杉探偵事務所』。主人公は、『MOZU』テレビシリーズで主人公・倉木(西島秀俊)や同僚・美希(真木よう子)とともに事件解決に奔走した、叩き上げの熱い刑事・大杉良太(香川照之)。劇場版「MOZU」では、警察への不信から警察官を辞め探偵事務所を開業している設定になっている大杉。スピンオフドラマでは、娘・めぐみ(杉咲花)や妻・恵子(堀内敬子)との気になる関係も描きつつ、交番勤務ながら警視庁内の情報通で良き相棒・鳴宮啓介(伊藤淳史)らの協力を得て、悪戦苦闘しながらも大杉探偵事務所に持ち込まれた依頼を解決していく姿を描く。その過程で大杉が警察を辞めた理由も明らかになっていく。解説書封入。
