Guided by sound and light, they arrive at a place where they find an old man in the form of a bird named Joan of Kamadori. The old man begins to tell them a story about when he was once a giant. He also told them that he had been called back to this forest by Perlinps. The old man tells them to go home and leads them to the "meeting place. They return to the place where they first met and continue their search for Perlinps, when suddenly the sirens of the Titans sound. Time is running out. A great wave is about to destroy and swallow the forest. The story reaches an unexpected ending. What is the hidden question to the present age?
