Mahler: Symphony No.6

[Machine Translation] This is a renewed recording of Mahler's Symphony No. 6 with the Southwest German Radio Symphony Orchestra, which Kirill Kondrashin, one of the most famous conductors of the 20th century, left about two months before his death. Compared to the dry performance with the Leningrad Philharmonic Orchestra in 1978, which is known for its fast tempo, the tempo of each movement is somewhat slower, and every detail of the performance is carefully rendered. The first movement and the final movement, which tend to be emotional, are performed with Kondrashin's restrained expression, and Mahler as "pure music" is performed.
