鈴木惣一朗率いるポップ・グループ、ワールドスタンダードが2022年4月、10年振りに開催したフル編成でのライヴ『理想郷』の模様を収めた、14枚目にして初のライヴ・アルバム。鈴木惣一朗 (歌/クラシック・ギター)の元に集ったミュージシャンは、松本従子 (歌/アコーディオン)、山本哲也 (シンセサイザー/サウンド・エフェクト)、安宅浩司 (マンドリン/バンジョー/ペダル・スティール・ギター)、武嶋聡 (サックス/フルート/クラリネット)、白佐武史 (チェロ)、ガリバー鈴木 (コントラバス)。パンデミックの戸惑いと空しさの雲の下で、"ぼくの青い空"を音楽で描いた『色彩音楽』と『エデン』という2枚のアルバムからのレパートリーを中心に、長年演奏を共にしてきた彼らが歌い奏でた音楽。それは、ライヴの日の朝から降り続いた雨のように、優しく暖かに会場の人々を包み込んだ。初のライヴ・アルバムとなる本作は、再び仲間やオーディエンスと音楽を共有し、希望が生まれる場所にしたいという願いを音にのせて伝えた、この日、この時代の大切な記録。歌詞付/ライナーノーツ/紙ジャケ仕様。
