[血沸き肉踊る! ブラス・ロック名盤選 第2回発売(1)] 1972年に発売された5thアルバム。名物ヴォーカリストのデヴィッド・クレイトン・トーマスがバンドを去り、タイプの異なるジェリー・フィッシャーが加入。オリジナル・メンバーは、スティーヴ・カッツ(g,vo)、ジム・フィールダー(b)、ボビー・コロンビー(ds)、チャック・ウィンフィールド(tp)の4人だけで、アルバム・タイトル通りガラッと入れ替わった。当時はその大きな変化が酷評されたが、現在では、その後のジャズ/フュージョンの流れを予見させる洗練されたサウンドは高く評価されている。収録曲もオリジナルに加えて、ボブ・ディラン、キャロル・キング(ザ・シティ)、ハービー・ハンコックなどをカヴァーしている。(1972年作品) 紙ジャケット仕様。最新リマスタリング・書き下ろし解説/歌詞・対訳付き。
