ショパン: ピアノ協奏曲第1番&第2番 / 小山実稚恵 (ピアノ)
[ベスト・クラシック100極 (70)] 小山実稚恵がショパン・コンクールに入賞して25年、そしてまたショパン生誕200年という記念の年でもあった2010年にリリースされたショパンのふたつの協奏曲。ショパン弾きとして知られてきた小山が、不思議なことにまだ録音をしていなかったショパンの2曲のピアノ協奏曲をレコーディングしたのです。共演は、ショパンのふるさとポーランドゆかりの演奏者たち。指揮はポーランド生まれで、カラヤンコンクールでの入賞経験もある実力派指揮者ヤツェク・カスプシク。そしてオーケストラは巨匠ヴァイオリニスト、ユーディ・メニューインによってポーランドで創設されたシンフォニア・ヴァルソヴィア。いずれもショパンにゆかりの深い演奏家たちで、共感に満ちた万全の演奏を繰り広げています。本録音では、現在ポーランド政府が国家の威信をかけて取り組んでいるエキエル編による原典版「ショパン・ナショナル・エディション」(PWM社)を使用、日本のピアニストでは初めての録音になりました。シリーズ初登場タイトル。 極HiFiCD仕様/音匠レーベル仕様。
