Her best friend consoles her, but when she is depressed, Chigira, the ace of the track team and the most handsome boy in school, sees her. For some reason, Chigira, who is popular with the ladies but is always unfriendly towards those around him, proposes to Maaya that they play "one-sided love game"! He says, "Why don't you fall in love with me instead of forcing yourself to find someone you like?" The condition of this one-sided love game is that Maaya must never fall in love with him and that the others must not find out about it.
