Description

[Machine Translation] Akihito Okano is exploring music with artists of various genres in the "Walkin' with a song" project. The first album "Walkin' with a song" has been released! In addition to "MELODY (prod. by BREIMEN)", which was released last year and became a hot topic as a collaboration between Akihito Okano, Osamu Iguchi (King Gnu), and BREIMEN, "Hikari Are" with lyrics by n-buna and music composed and arranged by Hiroyuki Sawano, and a song by Yuki Tsujimura, who Okano himself had long been eager to provide music for. The album also includes "Shaft of Light" by Yuki Tsujimura, to which Okano himself had long been eager to contribute music, and "Sono no Soto no Hikari e" ("To the Light Beyond"), which expresses the worldview of Suga Shikao, a musician whom Okano has known and respected both publicly and privately, and whom he also looks up to as a mentor. The album also features the participation of many artists and musicians, including n-buna (Yorshka), Ayato Ohara (Tempalay), Hiroo Yamaguchi, and Yoshiyasu Ichikawa. The album will also include 10 newly recorded songs written and composed by Akihito Okano himself, making it the first album of the project and the definitive album of the project.
