小瀬村晶によるライブ録音を収録したコンサートシングルシリーズ、最終作となる第三弾。本作は、小瀬村晶が音楽を担当した劇場映画『最後の命』(監督: 松本准平/主演: 柳楽優弥)オリジナル・サウンドトラックの発売を記念して開催された、市ヶ谷ルーデル教会でのピアノトリオコンサートの演奏から新曲を含む4曲を収録したコンサートシングル盤。本公演のために小瀬村晶が新たに編曲した数々の新旧楽曲を、ヴァイオリニストの白澤美佳、チェリストの佐藤万衣子と共に演奏した、一体感に満ち溢れた美しくも儚いアンサンブルをそのままに収録。
