This is LISA's 1st mini album and contains 6 new songs as well as one single. This album is very R&B focused and contains a lot of westernized influences. The highlight of the album is track 1 "It's On" which is a club banger with a driving and catchy chorus. Track 2 is a song with the same title as the album "God Sista". This song is another catchy track with a hip-hop feel. "hit da spot" is the first slow jam on the album and changes the mood after the two club songs. This is one of my favorite songs on the album because LISA really shows off her soulful voice. "special love" is another R&B jam with a carribbean feel. I enjoyed this song a lot because its very smoothing and easy to listen to. "bootylectric" is a latin influenced song with a hip hop feel. The lyrics are completely in english. "we ride" is the most hip hop influenced song on the CD. It is very western inspired and easy to bop your head to. "I,Rhythm" which was the only single released prior to the album is included here but as a raggaeton remix. The rest of the tracks are all previously released songs from her two albums "Juicy Music" and "Gratitude" as well as a collaboration with Jhett.
