Combat takes place on a quarter-view map with height differences, with battle results changing from front to back and side to side, and support effects depending on the position of allied characters, all of which provide a high level of strategy. The game features a high degree of freedom in character development, such as acquiring and strengthening skills and changing classes by using skill points earned in battle. Mercenaries Rebirth": The story of Irving, a swordsman of the stream, who meets the young princess Kira and takes command of the mercenary army once again. The story will diverge greatly in the middle of the game, as you will have to decide whether you want to settle Irving's past and his history, or fight for the future of the kingdom with Princess Kira. Mercenaries' Lament: In a kingdom plagued by a plague, mercenary Johan is guided by the priestess Amalie and fights alongside his comrades. The game features the "Descent" system, in which the mercenaries' hidden powers are awakened by the priestess' prayers.
