This is Rice Bowl's 3rd album after 2 years since their 2nd album "Rice Roman's". In addition to the five singles, "Bolt from the Blue Sky," "Pushing Ahead," "Harewatari," "Scallop Jilba," and "Three Primary Colors," the album includes five new songs based on the local resources of Aomori Prefecture, their hometown. Shinya Tada was in charge of sound production, and the members also participated in writing lyrics for some of the songs. 10 songs in total, colorful and full of local love, based on the beautiful chorus work of the three members, are so confidently produced that they can be "rice-ball-soaked" as the title suggests. The visuals were shot at Ginsui Shokudo, a long-established restaurant in Hirosaki that has been in business for over 70 years.
