The first CD in ages from the now very much stripped-down Pistol Valve. Three members, down from 10, yet the sound is just as powerful. In fact the sound is very much "as before" so if you liked this oddity of a rock band you'll like this record. Tight brass - very tight arranging and playing - and ensemble singing make for a unique experience. Let's hope there's a full album in the making. Buy this one and encourage them!
