Ichiya ni Motarete / Shoho Sentimental

[Machine Translation] This remarkable collaboration was made possible by an enthusiastic love call from Harusuke Sasaki, vocalist of the ultra-powerful song-rock band Toukyou Algorithm, to OLEDICKFOGGY Yuukazu Ito, and features twin vocals by Ito and Sasaki, lyrics by Yuukazu Ito, music by Harusuke Sasaki, and backing music by all members of Toukyou Algorithm. The backing music is performed by all members of the To Kyou Algorithm. The highlight of the album is "Ichiya ni Lelete" ("Reclining Against the Night"), a 6-minute slow number that is the twin of OLEDICKFOGGY's timeless ballad "Curtains Are Closed". The rock number "Prescription Sentimental" runs at a fast pace while weaving a light, ephemeral melody line. The world we feel in common between these two songs is that Ito's "lyrics" and "songs" and Ito and Sasaki's "voices" are writhing in melancholic "despair" and "resignation," while continuing to aim for the horizon of "a little bit of hope. Here is an excellent masterpiece that emotionally shakes the diverse "heartstrings" and "thoughts" of many people.
