Very interesting DVD about the peculiar Mumonkai style. Though this is on basics and we can find several techniques performed in the same way than other schools, there are also some different techniques. For example, we can see how they practice the simultaneous parry and counter or a basic form of check-punch, which reminded me of other styles with trapping/checking techniques. To sum up, though it's not my favourite style, I think this is a really recommendable DVD for true Karate lovers.
