This first volume of the series includes such well-known songs as "To a Hot Heart," "Slow Ballad," and "Memory of Love," as well as the current cheering song "365 Steps March," "Soba ni Itai," which has greatly influenced the band, "Youmadume," and "Hoshikage no Shorei," which has been used in many commercials sung by Ito, and also his own self-cover song, "Kono Sorenai," which has been used in many commercials sung by Ito. T字路sが想い続けてきたいつの時代も色あせない名曲の数々を奏でるカヴァー企画第一弾。 さあ一緒に笑って泣いて歌いましょう。Welcome to Cover Jungle! 結成10周年を迎え2020年11月にリリースした3rdアルバム『BRAND NEW CARAVAN』では、シングル「夜明けの唄」のWOWOWドラマ主題歌への起用やNHK朝ワイドでのパフォーマンス、そしてGt, Vo 伊東妙子の映画出演やCM出演歌唱など、活動の幅を一段と広げるT字路s。そんな二人がもうひとつの側面であるカヴァーに焦点を当てた新企画『COVER JUNGLE』シリーズをスタート。T字路sに大きな影響を与えてきた、いつの時代も色あせない名曲の数々を、リスペクトを込めて現在過去未来と紡ぐ。第一弾となる今作は、「熱き心に」「スローバラード」「愛のメモリー」など誰もが知る名曲に、現在の応援歌としても響く「365歩のマーチ」、バンドとしても大きな影響をうけた「そばにいたい」「ユウマヅメ」、そして伊東歌唱のCMで問い合わせ多数の「星影の小径」に、自身のセルフカヴァーとなる「これさえあれば」も収録。T字路sのカヴァーアルバムとしては2015年リリースの『Tの讃歌』以来となる。レコーディング、ミキシング・エンジニアは内田直之が務めている。＜ゲスト参加ミュージシャン＞ 西内徹 (レゲエ・ディスコ・ロッカーズ) : サックス、フルート/黄啓傑 (ブルームーンカルテット) : トランペット
