Sick Team 2 [Limited Release]

[Machine Translation] Sick Team is a dope unit consisting of BudaMunk, ISSUGI, and 5lack that released their first album "Sick Team" in 2011 and left a huge impact on the scene. Three years later, in 2014, "Sick Team II" was compiled with newly recorded songs and remixes of songs from "Sick Team" and released as a long-awaited limited press 2-CD analog edition to coincide with the 10th anniversary of its release. In addition to the three newly recorded songs "Sora ga Kurai", "OKINA", and "Addiction", the remix of the key song "Sick Team" features BudaMunk as a solo artist and Green Butter as a unit with mabanua, and ISSUGI as 16FLIP. Roc Marciano, who played on "Sick Team," remixed his own guest track, "Lyrical Assassins feat. Roc Marciano," and other popular LA underground producers such as Khrysis, Al B Smoov, Joe Styles, and many other beatmakers also participated. Styles and other beatmakers participated as remixers. Tokyo Driftin 2", a remix of "Tokyo Driftin" featuring MeccaGodzilla and GAPPER, is also included, with new contributions from Senninsho and Shinobi.

2011年にファースト・アルバム『Sick Team』をリリースし、シーンに大きなインパクトを残したBudaMunk、ISSUGI、5lackによるドープなユニット、Sick Team。そこから3年を経た2014年に新録曲と『Sick Team』収録曲のリミックス楽曲でコンパイルされてリリースされた『Sick Team II』が、リリースから10年目の節目に合わせて完全限定プレス/2枚組仕様で待望のアナログ化! 「空がクライ」、「OKINA」、「Addiction」の3曲の新録曲の他、キモとなる『Sick Team』のリミックスにはメンバーのBudaMunkがソロ名義とmabanuaとのユニットであるGreen Butterとして、ISSUGIは16FLIP名義で参加。また『Sick Team』に客演で参加していたRoc Marcianoが自身の客演曲「Lyrical Assassins feat. Roc Marciano」をリミックスし、その他にもLAアンダーグラウンドの人気プロデューサー、KhrysisやAl B Smoov、Joe Stylesら多彩なビートメイカーがリミキサーとして参加。さらにはMeccaGodzilla、GAPPERをフィーチャーしていた「Tokyo Driftin」へ新たに仙人掌とShinobiが参加した「Tokyo Driftin 2」も収録!
