2010年9月18日、『THE LAST MESSAGE 海猿』が公開! 2010『海猿』シリーズついに完結!! この『THE LAST MESSAGE 海猿』の公開を記念して、『海猿』が綺麗な映像&迫力の音声のBlu-rayで登場! 水深40m、残圧30、片道一人分のエアー・・・。オマエ達ならどうする。 全海上保安官の中でも、わずか1%しかなれない人命救助のエクスパート<潜水士>。50日間に及ぶ地獄のような訓練が課せられる上、常に死と隣合せの危険な職務でありながら、新たにまた14名の若き海上保安官たちが研修に挑む。海が好きで、海難救助の最前線を目指す仙崎大輔 (伊藤英明)も、その1人。潜水士はバディと呼ばれる相棒とペアで行動するが、マスターライセンスを持つ彼は、主任教官・源 (藤竜也)の命令で、落ちこぼれの工藤 (伊藤淳史)と組むことに。工藤は、故郷で漁師をする父親たちが海で死なないようにこの仕事を選んだ。訓練では足を引っ張りがちな工藤だったが、仙崎はその純粋さに共感を覚え、日夜練習につきあっていた。やがて2人には強い絆が芽生え始める。そんなある日、仙崎はファッション雑誌の編集者・環菜 (加藤あい)と出会い急接近する一方、工藤も看護師のエリカ (香里奈)と意気投合していた。過酷な練習をこなし、私生活も順調に滑り出した仙崎と工藤だったが、悲劇的な事故が起きてしまう――。
