TVアニメ『進撃の巨人』『鬼灯の冷徹』などを制作するWIT STUDIOの初オリジナルTVアニメーションシリーズ『ローリング☆ガールズ』Blu-ray第5巻。監督は、『銀の匙 Silver Spoon』第2期の出合小都美、脚本は『戦国BASARA』『機動戦士ガンダムUC』シリーズ等のむとうやすゆき、キャラクター原案は『TARI TARI』のtanu、キャラクター設定は『ハル』の北田勝彦が担当! ――守られてばかりだった少女が一念発起、平和を守る旅に出る。行く手に待つのは魔法使いか怪獣か、はたまた巨大ロボットか。ご当地色をきわめつくした各地をめぐり、仲間とかさねる奮闘努力、汗と涙は報われるのか――。どこまでいっても普通の子という宿命を背負い、それでもがんばる少女四人組が織りなす新感覚・青春ロードムービー。 地方自治をめぐる「東京大決戦」の終結から10年がたち、都道府県がすべて独立国家となった列島。ご当地色をテーマパークのように肥大化させた各地域では「モサ」と呼ばれる能力者が自警団を率いて統治、あるいはその一翼を担っていた。そんな中、あちこちで巻き起こるご当地トラブル! 戦禍うずまく国から国を、なぜか平和請負人代行 (世直し)を務めることになった4人の女の子たちがゆく。世のため、人助けのため、そして「月明かりの石」を探すため、よそ者の「モブ」とそしられつつも、4人はがんばり、ふんばって、今日もバイクで旅をする・・・! キャラクター設定北田勝彦描き下ろしデジパック仕様。
