『誇り高き黒羽の天使。激しく奏でられる愛と憎しみの序曲=ouverture』あの「ローゼンメイデン」の完全新作特別編が遂に登場!! これまでのTVシリーズのルーツに迫る、19世紀を舞台にした因縁話。TVシリーズでは敵役ながら絶大な人気を誇った"水銀燈"が主人公に! もちろん制作にはこれまでのスタッフが再結集、人気声優目白押しの豪華キャスティング!! ――はるか昔、伝説の人形師"ローゼン"の工房。そのローゼンの手で、次々と鞄に納められていく美しき人形達。そして、その様子をじっと見つめる一体の人形。彼女の名は、水銀燈。ある日の出来事。ドール達が集まり、賑やかな桜田家。いつものようなドタバタ騒ぎの中、真紅の襟に付いていた薔薇の飾りが取れてしまう。修繕を命じられたジュンは、白崎の店で偶然見つけた綺麗なブローチに付け替える事を思い付く。ちょっとした親切心からだったが、真紅は驚くほど激しく、そのブローチを拒否する。その夜、蒼星石は、ジュンに語りだす。「・・・話します。僕たちの今までのことを・・・」――。 ポストカード封入。
