親子愛の刑開始。衝撃のノンストップスリラーエンターテイメント映画『ミュージアム』のアナザーストーリー。史上最悪の殺人アーティスト・カエル男が仕掛けたもう一つの事件を、新たなスタッフ・キャストで描く。メガホンを取ったのは、『貞子VS伽椰子』が話題の鬼才・白石晃士監督。本作を得意のPOV(主観映像)形式を取り入れて撮影。カエル男があらゆる場所に仕掛けたカメラ、そして主人公が撮影を強いられた手持ちカメラなどから、カエル男の狂気とゲーム性を帯びた臨場感が伝わる戦慄の仕上がりになっている。主演を務めるのは、『64-ロクヨン-』『ディストラクションベイビーズ』『秘密 THE TOP SECRET』など出演作が後を絶たない名バイプレイヤー・三浦誠己。ほかに川島鈴遥、森田想、細川佳央、河屋秀俊、中野英樹、奥野瑛太、宇野祥平などが出演。 ――様々な殺人事件を取材するジャーナリスト・九堂仁 (三浦誠己)は、3年前の「幼女樹脂詰め殺人事件」に冤罪見解を持ち、取材に奔走する日々を過ごす。そんなある晩、取材中に突然背後から現れたカエルマスクの男にメモを渡される。そこには「事件の秘密を教える。自宅に戻れ。」の文言が。急いで帰宅すると、いるはずの娘・伊織(川島鈴遥)がいない。伊織の机上には「これをつけろ」というメモと共に見知らぬ携帯とイヤホン。訳も分からず装着し電話に出ると、画面には拘束された娘と先ほどのカエル男が・・・! 娘を救う為にはカエル男が指示することを全て遂行し、かつその様子を撮影しなければならないという。次々に下される理不尽な指示に追い詰められていく九堂。果たして九堂は娘を無事助け出すことができるのか? そして、カエル男の真の目的とは・・・?
