篠原涼子主演の本格ミステリードラマ「アンフェア」が、圧倒的なリクエストを受けて遂に帰ってきた! 新たな事件、謎そして巨大な悪が、雪平夏見に立ちふさがる! 安藤一之(瑛太)の死で幕を閉じるという衝撃的な事件から9ヶ月後。とある高級ホテルのスイートルームで老人の死体が発見された。遺書もあり、状況証拠からも事件性が無いと思われた自殺案件だったが、自殺したのが元警察幹部であった。この月に入ってから事故や自殺ですでに4人の元警察幹部が死亡しており、捜査一課でも他殺の可能性を疑い始める。その頃、雪平(篠原涼子)は一人飲み屋で飲んでいた所を、警視庁公安部の捜査が入り、警察に拘束されてしまう。さらに雪平は、突然、公安部へと移動となり、「公安内部の情報」を警察にスパイする事を命じられることになる。安藤の死の後に続く新たな展開、Yの正体は? 雪平の父の死の真相は? そして新たに登場した公安部のキレ者・斎木(江口洋介)は味方なのか? 敵なのか?
