Ugly Beauty

[Machine Translation] DENIMS, a four-piece band based in Osaka, has released its first full-length album in three and a half years. The album includes "Hikari", a new live anthem with a positive 8-beat beat that was selected for the power play on Nippon Broadcasting System's All Night Nippon Push and other radio stations in May, and a life-sized duet song "futari feat. The album contains a total of 12 songs, including five previously unreleased songs as well as songs that have already been distributed and released. The recording was directed by TAKU (rhymesist), and while maintaining the groove of the live performance, the album embodies the current DENIMS, which continues to evolve by incorporating various essences with black music at its core.

大阪を拠点に活動する4人組バンドDENIMS、約3年半ぶりとなるフルアルバムをリリース。収録曲は、ニッポン放送5月度オールナイトニッポン・プッシュ他ラジオでのパワープレイにも選出され、ポジティブな8ビートを刻む新たなライブアンセム「ひかり」や、BiSH/PEDROとして活躍するアユニ・Dを客演に招いた等身大のデュエットソング「ふたり feat. アユニ・D」など、配信リリース済みの楽曲のほか未発表曲5曲を加えた充実の全12曲入り。レコーディングのディレクションには今作で新たにTAKU (韻シスト)を迎え、ライブ仕込みのグルーブはそのままに、ブラックミュージックを軸に様々なエッセンスを取り入れ進化し続ける今のDENIMSを体現した快作。
