2021年リリースした2ndアルバム『Note』を引っ下げ、3月からのライブハウス公演、4月からのホール公演の計38公演行われた全国ツアー「錦戸亮LIVE TOUR 2021 "Note"」。ファイナルとなる2021年6月16日 東京・中野サンプラザ公演の模様を収録したライブ映像がリリース。会場収容キャパの半分以下に人数を減らし、徹底した感染予防対策を敷いた上で開催した全国ツアーとなったが、フルバンドにストリングスも加え、ホール公演ならではの演出が行われたライブを、通常のカメラだけではなくドローンも導入され収録。1stアルバム『NOMAD』と2ndアルバム『Note』の楽曲に加え、未収録の新曲と合わせた全20曲入り。通常盤にはアルバム『Note』メイキング映像を収録、さらにライブ音源を収録したCD付き。
