Umihoshi Park, with its theme of coexistence with nature, is located in a small satoyama area where the forest and the sea are next to each other, and the sounds of nature, visitors' cheers, fishing boats, and waves echo through the park. To create a lively and dynamic atmosphere in the park, field-recorded environmental sounds were added to the piano piece, as well as percussion, bass, and synths. The album is bound in a paper jacket with a sponge stopper and two fold-outs.

このアルバムは"京都府立 丹後海と星の見える丘公園" (通称: うみほし公園)のために制作したオーダーメイドの環境音楽である。自然との共生をテーマにしたうみほし公園は、森と海が隣り合わせの小高い里山エリアに立地し、自然音や来園者の歓声、漁船や波音が響く。園の賑わいや躍動感を演出するために、ピアノ曲にフィールドレコーディングした環境音をはじめ、パーカッション・ベース・シンセなどを加えた。紙ジャケットを使用し、スポンジストッパーを用いた2折仕様となっている。
