I was very drawn to this brush for several reasons. It was a huge eyeshadow brush made of the second highest grade of goat hair for a ridiculously low price. But it's not so great. It's big and dense, yes, but the hair's very weird. It's dry and prickly and inferior to other brands saikoho brushes, I would say it's even inferior to other brands sokoho brushes. Since I don't have sensitive eyelids I still can use it, but I wouldn't bought it again.

I have used this eye brush for a while and have form solid opinion on it. I totally love this brush. I am considering buying another one since CD Japan is having promo on Bisyodo brushes at the moment. It is quite densely packed but very soft and silky; I use it everyday to set my eyelids and putting colors on the creases. It is also perfect for nose contouring. The shape is similar to the Chikuhodo GSN-07 but this one is a tiny bit thicker, and feels so much more silky on the lid. I 100% recommend this brush to anyone interested in this kind of brush shape.
