FIELD OF REEDS [Import Disc]

[Machine Translation] The latest album from the evolved G's New Puritans! Three years after their critically acclaimed second album "Hidden," which was ranked the best album of the year by the NME and received rave reviews from various media around the world, the G's New Puritans are back with a new album that has undergone further evolution! The album, which is more deeply devoted to contemporary music, was created with various musicians, sampling not only horns and other orchestras, but also the sound of breaking glass and the flapping of wings when an eagle takes flight (!!!!). ), as well as horns and other orchestral sounds. The sound has further evolved and can be enjoyed. Their last album "Hidden" received high scores from various media, including 8.2 from Pitchfork and 8.9 from PASTE, and was highly acclaimed as the best NME album of the year in 2010. They have established a strong position as artists, including a remix for Bjork last year. Since the release of their last album, they have been very popular here in Japan, performing solo in June 2010 and at Summer Sonic the following year. This is their first album after transferring to Infectious, a label that includes many hot new artists such as Alt Jay and Local Natives, both of whom won the Mercury Prize and are currently enjoying popularity in the UK, so expectations are already high.
