Pala [Import Disc]

[Machine Translation] The gold standard of danceable rock! Friendly Fires' second album is now available! Friendly Fires, who burst onto the scene in 2008 with the super killer tune "Paris", have finally released their second album "Para"! Their first album "Friendly Fires" was nominated for the Mercury Prize, and they played the main stage at the Camp Festival 2010 in the UK. This album, their first in three years, was self-produced (in part by Paul Epworth) and produced in London, France, New York, and other locations over a period of about a year. The album is an oversized masterpiece with meticulously crafted production, catchy melodies as always, and a love for dance music! This is a milestone of danceable rock that easily surpasses their first album, which was selected as one of the best albums of the year. The album title "Para" is taken from the novel "Island" published by the British author Aldous Huxley in 1962. The cover photo is a beautiful photograph of a parrot by Sorva Sundsbo, a charismatic photographer in the fashion world who has worked on advertisements for high brands such as Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, and Hermes.

Note: This is an import edition (manufactured outside of Japan).
