The album features a dream collaboration with master bossa nova guitarist/composer, Roberto Menescal, and features classic standards such as "Embraceable You," "Tenderly," and "If I Had You" with a comfortable jazz-bossa sound. The album also features "Agajinhos" by his co-star, Humberto Menescal. The new album will be performed in Japan from November 24 to 26, 2012. 日本でも人気の女性ジャズ・シンガー、ステイシー・ケント、ソニー移籍第一弾。1997年のデビュー以来、キュートな歌声と知性溢れる作品で日本でも人気の高い女性シンガー、ステイシー・ケント。2007年にはブルーノート・レコードと契約、第1弾アルバム『市街電車で朝食を』はグラミー賞にもノミネート。その後も、『パリの詩』(2010年)、『ライヴ・イン・パリ』(2012年)、『チェンジング・ライツ』(2013年)とコンスタントにアルバムを発表。2014年にはマルコス・ヴァーリのデビュー50周年を記念したライヴ・アルバムで共演し、このアルバムをひっさげての来日公演も実現した。本作はソニー・ミュージック移籍第1弾作品で、2013年にリリースした『チェンジング・ライツ』以来、約2年振りのニュー・アルバムとなる。ボサノヴァの巨匠ギタリスト/作曲家、ホベルト・メネスカルとの夢の共演が実現し、「エンブレイサブル・ユー」や「テンダリー」「イフ・アイ・ハッド・ユー」などのスタンダードの名曲を心地よいジャズ・ボッサ・サウンドで聴かせる作品に仕上がっている。共演者ホベルト・メネスカル作の「アガハジーニョス」も取り上げている。そして、この新作をひっさげての来日公演が決定。公演は11月24日～26日の3日間、ブルーノート東京でおこなわれる。
