Named Shobu knife from its shape resembling a leaf named shobu, these single bevel knives with thin blades are best to slice sashimi. Comes in 210mm which are commonly used for home cooking. Made for right-hand use.

Important Notes: Please take note that carbon steel knives will rust as it is a naturally occuring phenomenon. Although it may not rust as much as carbon steel, stainless steel knives will also rust slightly. Rusting especially occurs for brand new knives. But don't worry. You can prevent your knife from rusting by giving them some extra care.
