The makie design came without any flaws or missing petals. The Canadian squirrel really picked up so much of my shimmer eyeshadows from Sydney Grace (indie makeup brand). It laid these eyeshadows on the eyelid smoothly and without fallout. It was very impressive. Keep in mind, the base of bristles is dense so this has more structure and stiffness but the towards the tip there is flexibility so you can swipe back and forth easily. It is a smaller brush and it was lovely.
