Haruki Murakami called for the 'Yosuke Yamashita Trio Re-entry Live' which was revived last year in 2022 after a lapse of half a century. It was a tremendous live performance that should truly be called a bombastic performance.
The original live concert was held in 1969 on the barricaded Waseda University campus during the school struggle. The up-and-coming jazz musicians, the Yosuke Yamashita Trio, along with students, took out the piano in the Okuma Auditorium and performed a jazz live concert, and the students of the sect that was in conflict at the time listened to the performance of the Yamashita Trio.
