As a japanese N3 student, currently preparing for N2, this series is a great way to practice your kanji reading and recognizing skills, even translating if you're daring enough. Of course, it doesn't mean it'll be easy, there were some N2 and even N1 kanjis dropped in here, but that just adds to the challenge, besides, the artsyle and writing is really good, if you enjoyed the Uma Musume anime, you'll enjoy this manga, that's a given, it has the same seinen spirit as the second season. If you do decide to pick up this manga, I'd suggest you get at least the first and second tomes, as the first arc of the series ends on the second one. Overall, highly suggested series, Ooguri Cap is such a lovable protagonist with how dense she is and the story is only getting better and better, but your enjoyment will depend a lot on how much commitment you are willing to put into it since it's in japanese.
