一風堂の土屋昌巳をサポート・メンバーとして迎えたジャパンのファイナル・ツアーから1982年12月8日武道館公演を収録したライヴ・アルバム。同ツアーからのライヴ・アルバム『オイル・オン・キャンヴァス』未収録の「バーニング・ブリッジズ」「異国人」「ヨーロピアン・サン」「ライフ・イン・トウキョー」に加え、デヴィッド・シルヴィアンと坂本龍一が発表したシングル「バンブー・ミュージック」では坂本龍一と矢野顕子が、続く「テイキング・アイランズ・イン・アフリカ」では高橋幸宏がリード・ヴォーカルでそれぞれ参加し、ラストは矢野顕子の『愛がなくちゃね。』収録の「グッド・ナイト」でデヴィッド・シルヴィアンと矢野顕子とのデュエットで締めくくる日本のファンにとっては感動的な内容。
