Disc 1 contains 10 songs from the three studio sessions produced by Jimmy Miller, which corresponds to the first disc (5 songs) on the original LP, 7 songs from the acoustic session including "Heart Me" and "Sad Vacation" recorded in January 1982, and 18 songs including "Give Me More" recorded in New York. Disc 2 contains 18 songs, including "Give Me More" recorded in New York City. Disc 2 contains not the previously recorded live performance in Cambridge on 8/6/82, but a live performance with Jerry Nolan (ds) of the New York Dolls and Heartbreakers, Tony James (b) of Generation X, and Steve New (g) of the Rich Kids at the Marquee Club in London on 6/3/82. Live at the Marquee Club in London on June 3, 1982 with Tony James of Generation X (b) and Steve New of the Rich Kids (g). Although the sound quality of the live performance on disc 2 has some problems, this is the definitive version of the album, which has received a lot of praise and criticism due to Johnny Thunders' health at the time and the circumstances of its release.
