(エレクトリック・レディ・ランド)でのマンスリー・ライブやルースターズ、S-KEN、白竜、ノーコメンツ等のサポート・アクトを務め、人気を得ていく。その中、急速な勢いで音楽性を高め、1982年初頭には目黒マッドスタジオにてS-KENプロデュースの元、シングル用の曲2曲を録音 (レーベルとの軋轢により未発表)。この年の6月に、このメンバーでのショッカーズは解散。1年余りの活動期間であった。その後3人はそれぞれの音楽活動を現在まで続けている (永井: 後期ショッカーズ、バケラッタ、ぶどう÷グレープ、ピラニカ etc、久保田: plastic soul amanda、HIKOS!etc、中村: OXYDOLL、the 原爆オナニーズ、THE STAR CLUB、BLANKEY JET CITY、LOSALIOS etc)何度かの再編を経て、2026年、突如として復活。2月、地元名古屋でのライブを緊急レコーディング。45年の時を経て、遂にオリジナル・メンバーでの音源が発表される。
