The charm of Sonata Arctica lies in its melodies, which are among the most melancholic in the scene, and the acoustic arrangements bring out the best of their melodies, which have been well known in Japan for many years.

ソナタ・アークティカ初のアコースティック作品。本作が第一弾となる。10作目の『タルヴィユエ～冴ゆる宵闇』(MICP-11500)をリリース後、2019年より断続的に続けていた「Acoustic Adventures Tour」から着想を得て制作されたソナタ・アークティカ初のアコースティック・アルバム。いずれも往年の名曲をアコースティック・アレンジでセルフ・カヴァーしたもので構成されている。「タルラー」のようなバラード曲のみならず「ドント・セイ・ア・ワード」や「ペイド・イン・フル」、「ウルフ・アンド・レイヴン」といったソナタ・アークティカを代表するヒット曲や人気曲も収録。ソナタ・アークティカの魅力はなんといってもシーン屈指の哀愁とメロディにあり、アコースティック・アレンジを施すことによって長年日本でも親しまれている彼らのメロディの良さをさらに引き出している。
