伊藤蘭の4枚目のオリジナル・アルバム発売。『Bright on』は、3枚目のアルバム『LEVEL 9.9』以来、約2年8か月ぶりの新作となり、日本を代表する音楽プロデューサーで、作曲・編曲家の本間昭光によるプロデュース作となる。楽曲は、過去、伊藤蘭の3枚のアルバムすべてに楽曲提供しているトータス松本、「恋だろ」「別の人の彼女になったよ」で驚異的なストリーミング再生を誇るwacciの橋口洋平 (演奏にはwacci全員が参加)、「魔法の絨毯」のヒットでも知られる川崎鷹也、80年代から数多くのアーティストに楽曲提供する亀井登志夫、そして本間昭光自身も5曲を提供する。そして伊藤蘭「恋するリボルバー」でも歌詞提供したjamは4曲の歌詞を、伊藤蘭「美しき日々」で作詞提供した、いしわたり淳治は2曲の歌詞を提供するという豪華作家布陣となった。編曲はすべて本間昭光が担当をする。また初回限定盤は、2024年発売のシングル「風にのって～Over the Moon」「大人は泣かない」をボーナストラックとして追加収録し、「Dance on!
