Includes a bonus track "Summer (Instrumental"', which is not included on the album. Disc 2 is a 2023 reconstructed version using the original multitracks of songs from past albums, including "Tsukihime", 1st "Yume Hiko" (1980) and 2nd "NIRVANA" (1981), with vocals and performances replaced by new recordings (mastered / Track 3,8,11 ,15 are completely new recordings). Digipak packaging.

1983年3月リリース、サウンド・プロデューサーに土屋昌巳 (一風堂)を迎え、「和風シンセ・ポップの名盤」として国内外で評価の高いシンガーソングライター山口美央子の3rd アルバム『月姫』。本作のリリースから40周年を記念して、オリジナル録音に関わった山口と土屋、そしてシンセサイザー・プログラマー松武秀樹の三者が再集結し、究極仕様によるリイシューが実現。Disc 1 ("TSUKIHIME" Remastered)は砂原良徳による『月姫』の2023年最新リマスタリング音源。アルバム未収録曲「夏 (Instrumental)」をボーナス収録。Disc2 (TSUKIHIME" & Other Tracks 2023 Version)は『月姫』の他、1st『夢飛行』(1980年)、2nd『NIRVANA』(1981年)など過去アルバム収録曲のオリジナルマルチトラックを使用しつつヴォーカルや演奏を新録音に差し替えた2023年再構築ヴァージョン (マスタリング: /Track3,8,11,15 は完全新録音)。デジパック仕様。
