伝説のロックバンド「乱魔堂」のギタリスト、洪栄龍7年ぶりとなるソロアルバム。近年では「天地洪荒」(97年)、「大河滔滔」(00年)のインストアルバムでソロギタリストとしての印象が強いが、洪栄龍はロックギタリストであると同時に、乱魔堂のギタリストとしても知られるロックアーティスト。今回のアルバムでは、およそ30年ぶりに、ボーカル入りの楽曲にも挑戦。あえてドラム、ベースは入れずAGサウンドをメインにEGサウンドも織り交ぜながら、日本語によるロックを前面に押し出した作品。昨年還暦を迎えた洪栄龍。今回のアルバムはある意味でギタリストとしても新たな第一歩となり、アイデンティテイの模索はもちろんのこと、今、自分に出来ること、やりたい事、やらねばならない事を演奏し歌い、「日本語ロック」の面白さを再認識させてくれるアルバムになっている。
